Village Survey

Introduction

The Parish Survey ran between the 17th October and the 17th December 2023 and was designed for a target audience of circa 2000 residents of 18yrs +. The survey was promoted and delivered by both digital and paper-based means, thus ensuring any interested residents were able to access and contribute to the consultation exercise.

Objective

Recognising the recent expansion of Ravenstone village particularly, with new housing developments etc. both the village population and demographics have significantly changed; as such, the Parish Council wanted to provide an opportunity to capture resident's needs, wishes and concerns such that we could review them to assist us in our work and priorities moving forward. Whilst we cannot promise to deliver anything or everything due to our limited control and finances; we can commit to listening and implementing actions and ideas that are feasible and will have a further positive impact on our village and community life. Additionally, where actions are beyond our control we can report, guide and or lobby matters to the attentions of those who can effect change.
